Friday Feel Better Challenge – How to Foster an Attitude of Gratitude
Your Friday Feel Better Challenge for this week is to create a Blessings Box. Use the instructions given in this week’s post, It’s Time for a Gratitude Donut Dare. Create your box and leave it where you will see it every day. Be sure to add to it each day, if possible, as you recognize new blessings. Then, when you have a down day, pull out that box and read over each of your blessings. Think about them as you read them and remember all the joy they bring to your life. Share your blessings with others to help them think of things for which they could also be grateful.
