I am Human – I make mistakes!
I will accept my mistakes as normal, and
I will focus on my successes, not my failures.
I am Human – I have emotions!
I will experience my emotions, and
I will use self-control in order to respond to facts, not feelings!
I am Human – I have a history!
I will accept both good and bad experiences, and
I will cherish my blessings while using what I learned to help others!
I am Human – I have physical flaws!
I will accept what I see in the mirror as a unique creation, and
I will focus on what I can do instead of what I cannot do.
I am Human – I have strengths and weaknesses!
I will acknowledge I was not made to do everything perfectly, and
I will find ways to use my strengths, while seeking help for my weaknesses.
I am Human – I have unique interests and passions!
I will set aside the expectations of others, and
I will follow my heart, allowing myself to do what brings me joy.
I am Human – I understand right and wrong!
I will do what is right just because it is right, and
I will boldly speak the truth in love to myself, and others, when it is wrong.
I am Human – I am made in the image of God!
I will believe I am a masterpiece, and
I will declare I have a purpose – I am wanted – I am loved!
